The protection of your personal data is very important for us; therefore, we process your personal data strictly according to the EU and Republic of Cyprus legislation regulating the personal data protection.

We ask you only for data necessary to treat your request, to finalize your booking, to prepare the car rental and insurance contract and to perform the contract as signed and agreed between us. Without the requested data we will not be able to enter into an agreement with you.

Filing and sending us the application via internet or another way, you agree to the processing of the following requested data of the main and, where applicable, of the additional driver: name and surname, passport number, citizenship, date of birth, age, driver's license number, date of issue of the driver's license, validity of the driver's license, telephone number, e-mail, address of the place of stay (hotel or house / apartment), rental period, credit card number, validity of the credit card, name, surname and signature of the card holder and CVC ("Personal data").

If the Personal data is filed by other applicant than the main or additional driver and/or the Credit card Holder, the other applicant declares and confirms that he has all the necessary consent or authority, by contract or by power of attorney, for the disclosure of the Personal data to us, and that filing the application he complies with all relevant provisions of the EU and Republic of Cyprus legislation on the protection of Personal data.

At the conclusion of the car rental and insurance contract the basic and additional drivers are obliged to identify themselves by documents.

All of our vehicles are equipped with detection devices, which are used exclusively to prevent and/or to solve a car theft. After the termination of the car rental and insurance contract, the relevant data will be deleted.

Personal data transfer to third parties will not occur without your consent, with the exception that credit card payments are made (your credit card data will be transferred to our bank for payment reasons), and/or that the main and additional drivers have paid any insurance fee (your Personal data will be passed to our insurance company). Your Personal data may be disclosed to third parties without your consent, where legislation allows it (e.g. to protect our interests) or even requires it (e.g. to the police in case of fixed violation of traffic rules).

If you cancel your booking before any prepayment was made, your Personal data will be deleted immediately after receiving your cancelation. In other cases like, including but not limited to, signing the car rental and insurance contract with us, any prepayment or payment, in cash or by credit card, the Personal data received from you shall be kept only for a period necessary and specified by law. After the expiration of the terms required by law, your Personal data will be deleted and / or destroyed by us immediately.

We use so-called cookies on our website. These are small text files that are stored on your device using a browser. They do not do any harm to your device and can be deleted or blocked by you at any time. You can also change the preferences/settings in your web browser to control cookies. We use cookies to make our services more convenient for you., because they allow us to recognize your browser when you visit our website again. Deleting or blocking cookies may reduce functionality of our website.

Many sites use web analytics tools. For this purpose, cookies are used to analyze the use of the site. The received information is transmitted to the provider's server and stored there. We do not use web analytics tools.

Our system recognizes your IP address, but immediately encrypted. As a result, only a general localization of the applicant is possible.

You have the right to receive information about your Personal data that we keep and/or our partners who have received the Personal data from us ("Subprocessors"), and/or to ask us for transfer of the kept data to third parties, as well as in legally allowed cases to correct, to delete, to limit, to object or to withdraw your consent to Personal data processing made by us and/or by ours subprocessors.
